Although I didn't get a chance to go to Azkatraz, I did make it to the WtP Snarry Meetup. I've always loved that cons let me put faces to names, but it was equally great meeting a bunch of new folks. Everyone was absolutely lovely. ♥ Sadly, a few things ran together so I couldn't head back in tonight for one last hurrah. To make up for it, I post this... I drew it rather last minute to have some goodies to bring with, and between this post and the last, it would appear that I am way enamoured with stringing saliva. I apologise for nothing.

So J went to the zoo today with his family. I stayed home and tidied things up and did some design work and then drew Victor/Logan for because she was feeding me tidbits of her latest fic. My image is way, way, smooshy in comparison, but I don't even care that it's fluffysmoosh, that's how hard I am crushing on them today.

Evil twin loves me and not only writes hot Peter/Olivia for the crossdressing slot on her Kink Bingo card, but also sends me Victor/Logan animal play tidbits all day. I ♥ it when our fandoms are aligned. I also ♥ Kink Bingo. Now um, if I could only get cracking on more slots on my card. Instead, I draw! Besides commission things, today I've been working on a Greed/Kimberly piece and more Fringe fanart, but I took time away from those to fool around with painting techniques and a slightly different base palette than I'm accustomed to using. Fun times.

Went to my weekly workshop and polished up what was going to be a daily (weekly?) sketch. Sabretooth was the focus, but then I started adding Wolverine. I had rudimentary lineart for him but liked the look when I did a silhouette test, so left it that way. :D

I still don't really picture Hugh when I think of Wolverine, but Schreibertooth fully rules my mental image. I am in love with his fanglicious smile and I find that although I remain disappointed over Gambit's eyes, the 80s rocker hair I don’t really miss all that much. I don't think I could possibly be more fangirly right now. DDDD:

J has been doing a drawing a day for over two months now. No matter how tired he is, he does at least a tiny sketch. I'm inspired by him and giving it a go. Earlier tonight at the wacom workshop at school I was working on an anime styled Commissioner Gordon. I feel like I've forgotten how to draw in an anime/manga style lately, so once again I'm going back to my roots. Pretty happy with the results so far!

Decided to give Dan the movie hood, since I can fathom how it's constructed, but that's okay because movie!Rorschach, makes my heart break even more. (I am the most predicable girl ever.) Going out for food now, and then I shall come home and draw more stuffs. \o/ Hooray!

Only had enough time for a quicky, but I'd had this in mind for a while and I had nice reference for the hand on the forehead to make things go smoothly. Yay! I'd like to fix up the flat spots and am shoving that urge in a dark corner until it goes away since well, I just don't have the time. Especially since my day off tomorrow is dedicated to several illustration gigs that badly need finishing! Thank god next week is spring break so I can /really/ play catchup on projects.
