steady rollin'

I still never made myself a Bleach icon, so this post gets Snape. I make this relevant in part because oh man, I just saw the notice for Azkatraz. I shouldn't be this excited about something an entire year in advance. Rewatching all the movies recently is probably fueling my Potterglee. I've got another piece slotted for the Lupin/Snape Fantasy Fest that's currently running, so maybe tomorrow I'll actually have a chance to work on that. :D

I've fallen behind on email (and comments!) again thanks to the sick, so if you're waiting on me, chances are I've got your message, I just haven't had the time or energy to reply. Expect responses to ages old things at some point between now and next Wednesday. ^^;

After tossing in a sketch with the last commission I did for white_cross_b@lj, she asked me if I wouldn't mind colouring the sketch. So, here it is all cleaned up and coloured. I'm especially happy with the hair colour, as sometimes it's tough for me to get Yohji's hair to a tone I really like. Also...I think this is the first time I've ever actually drawn them both without their clothes falling off!

Commissioned by jabberwock well before I switched over my commission policy and she was kind enough to agree to applying a CC license to this! Yay! I've got two more for her, the second of which I'm putting the finishing touches on right now. I really like this set. ^_^

I had tofu, spinach, and mushrooms sautee with a small amount spiral pasta for lunch. It was delicious. Now I am snacking on a banana and a spoonful of peanut butter. Equally delicious. Consensus is that my apple pie the other night turned out fantastic. Mmmfoodstuffs and cooking. With all the time-crunch of school making eating out easier, it's been a while that I've felt this happy about making foods. ^_^

Anyhow, I've finished a commission, yay! For white_cross_b@lj, whom I accidentally caused a bit of a snafu for by granting permission for her to use a different Yohji/Aya commission in her layout. I offered her a freebie as apology, but she insisted on a proper commission, and has graciously agreed for the image to be licensed creative commons. I'm about to start on the next stage of the last three commissions in my queue now which are all HP. I'm really hyped up to get these done since I've had them in my queue forever and I've got some really strong ideas roughed out.
