You would think I'd know my cycle better, but no. Spent a good chunk of last week fighting insomnia and scatterbrain before cluing in on oh, yeah, girlparts. Bah. The upside to the lack of sleep is that I've probably committed all the episodes of Fringe to permanent memory.
Good things about last week is that I joined a gym that's a short four blocks away from Highwind and had a session with a trainer. Everytime I think I'm in worse shape than I am, pushing myself proves me wrong. I've put myself on a MWF schedule and this morning was the start of adding more weights and more sets so I'm curious to see if I'll end up sore tomorrow. Trying to set myself solid goals rather than fuzzy ones, but ever since I hit that general 'healthy' goal, it's been tough trying to think in more concrete terms.
Doing some writing today, and some drawing, and some general maintenance on catching up on email again. I also have a layout comped that I want to use for my DW journal, but need to work up some serious motivation to slog through and actually theme it.
