Went crazy working on homework, so took a break to doodle out a pic. Some John/Dean this time around for a change of pace. I also made Blue write me a drabble. ...but as she put it, I came out with tender and she came out with kinky. I think everyone wins. Go read the Sam/Dean/John over thisaway: Fine Young Knives.

      ^_^ granted, most of the john/dean i've read has been totally on the hotwrong end of the spectrum, sweetness is still called for here and there!

      I keep coming back to look at this. It really is quite lovely. I think it's amazing how you can express emotion so well - how Dean is... Dean, so sensual and giving without being weak, and how your John is undeniably in command, but not dominating.

      It's -- there's so much emotional texture to it; and I love how it suggests more, an entire story in a single image. I've seen technically great artists who can only present a flat snapshot -- pretty, but soulless. You can make a work of art do so much more, and I find that fascinating.

      I would love to see more John/Dean fanart in the fandom. I think this is actually the first I've seen.

        Agh! I meant to say more about how Dean is sensual and rather submissive, here, but you can also see how much strength and fight and mischief there is in him, too. He's not just a cliche 'bottom', even if he does drive John crazy, you know? He's John's equal, but also his subordinate, and that dynamic is just incredibly sexy.

        And also, the usual disclaimer that I have no idea what your intentions were, but I love that you've given me so much to interpret.
